Mini has significantly reduced the pricing of its new Countryman lineup, making it more competitive in the compact SUV market. The petrol version now starts at €37,400, while the electric variant begins at €39,150—positioning it as an attractive alternative to models like the Renault Scénic E-Tech.
A Price Drop Across the Range
In autumn 2024, Mini transitioned to an agency-based sales model in France, resulting in reduced prices across its entire lineup. For the Countryman, this change has led to price cuts of €2,600 for the base petrol model (170 hp) and €4,850 for the electric version (204 hp).
This adjustment applies to most trims without compromising on equipment levels. Even the premium electric variants see reductions of over €2,000, while higher-end petrol and diesel models have experienced slight price increases. The Countryman Electric, produced in Germany, remains eligible for the French ecological bonus in configurations priced under €47,000 (excluding options).
A Bigger, Better Mini Countryman
The latest Countryman measures 4.45 meters in length, offering more space and comfort than its predecessors. Its enhanced equipment and competitive pricing make it a strong contender against rivals like the Volvo XC40 and Renault Scénic E-Tech.
