What We Are Looking For

We are seeking skilled and motivated technicians who are able to diagnose and repair modern vehicles.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous experience with Hyundai, Genesis, or Kia

  • Automotive technicians at A, B, and C levels

  • Ability to diagnose and repair Electric Vehicles (EV) and Internal Combustion Engines (ICE)

  • ASE certification or manufacturer dealership certification strongly preferred


Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

  • ASE certification preferred

  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

  • Ability to work efficiently and communicate with customers when necessary

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Familiarity with dealership computer systems

  • Strong teamwork, honesty, and integrity

  • Professional appearance and conduct


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive repair orders through the dealership system and move vehicles to work areas

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs accurately and efficiently according to dealership and manufacturer standards

  • Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary parts

  • Notify management if a vehicle is waiting for parts or requires special ordering

  • Identify additional safety or maintenance issues when inspecting vehicles

  • Inform the Service Advisor if additional work is required or if repairs cannot be completed within the expected timeframe

  • Clearly document all work performed using the concern, cause, and correction format

  • Conduct road tests when required to ensure repair quality

  • Maintain accurate status updates for all vehicles being serviced

  • Keep customer vehicles clean and treated with care

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean workspace

  • Participate in ongoing training and technical development programs

Compensation

$33 – $50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

The Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to work within one of the most exclusive automotive environments in North America:

  • The largest Pagani showroom in North America

  • An additional 10,000 square feet dedicated to pre-owned hypercar and supercar sales

  • Representation of elite automotive brands including Pagani, Bugatti, Koenigsegg, Gunther Werks, Ferrari, Porsche, and Mercedes-AMG

You will work alongside the Pagani of Beverly Hills team while contributing to the development of our pre-owned supercar and hypercar sales division.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of luxury automotive sales experience with brands such as:
    Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Aston Martin, McLaren, or Bentley

  • Proven success in high-end automotive sales

  • Experience with automotive dealership software and tools

  • Background in sales, marketing, and luxury events

  • Strong knowledge of supercar and hypercar brands

  • Understanding of the exotic pre-owned vehicle market

  • Ability to build relationships with high-net-worth clients and collectors

  • Excellent communication and consultative sales skills

  • Passion for luxury vehicles and automotive culture

  • Self-motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced luxury environment

  • Represent multiple prestigious automotive brands with professionalism

  • Provide expert consultation on hypercar and supercar acquisitions
