Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute transportation strategies focusing on last-mile parcel delivery and freight operations

Oversee carrier performance including UPS, FedEx, DHL, FTL and LTL freight providers

Analyze shipping performance such as transit time, service levels, delivery exceptions, and surcharge costs

Support transportation contract management, audits, and invoice validation
-
Monitor freight movement and resolve delivery failures or logistics issues proactively
-
Perform root cause analysis on logistics disruptions and implement corrective action plans

Develop dashboards and track key transportation KPIs including cost per package and on-time delivery

Support warehouse and retail store distribution including inventory replenishment and routing strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including fulfillment, IT, retail operations, customer service, and finance
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration

5–7+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations

Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership or management role

Strong experience with transportation analytics and cost modeling

Knowledge of parcel pricing structures, shipping zones, surcharges, and logistics KPIs

Experience with global and regional logistics, last-mile delivery, and vendor management

Familiarity with logistics systems, ERP platforms, and analytics tools such as Tableau
-
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into operational improvements
