Key Responsibilities

Communicate with dealership departments to forecast incoming vehicle inventory and schedule associates accordingly

Monitor dealership activity to ensure the location is properly staffed and equipped

Conduct daily inspections around the dealership lot and showroom to review vehicle inventory and detailing needs

Ensure all detailing work is properly recorded and delegated within the system

Hire, train, and coach detailing associates

Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback and training opportunities
-
Ensure associates follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
-
Control and manage labor costs while maximizing operational efficiency
-
Drive productivity while maintaining high-quality detailing standards
-
Inspect completed work to ensure customer satisfaction
-
Resolve customer or employee concerns in a professional manner
-
Assist with operational tasks when necessary to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction
Requirements

Previous automotive detailing management experience preferred

Valid driver’s license
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Ability to walk, bend, crouch, and stand for extended periods

Must pass background and drug screening

Availability to work weekends and holidays
